Older silver filling with recurrent decay and fractures within the walls of the existing tooth structure. A gold crown was used on the second molar as it is more better for the bite in the second molar position. A full porcelain crown was used for the first molar. The premolar has an old filling that failed which was replaced with a composite filling.
